Cet Oolong vert provient d’une plantation thaïlandaise qui produit exclusivement cette variété selon un savoir-faire ancestral. Le ginseng est intégré au thé par
vapeur et lui confère un aspect et une saveur très particuliers. Temps d’infusion : 6 à 8 mn dans un eau à 80°C.
